How do you take fan experience, excitement and engagement to a new level, across a global series?
Formula 1 approached massive in 2018 to review the delivery of their Fanzones to allow them to improve fan experience. This project quickly turned into an ongoing relationship with the international rights holder, working not just in the F1 Fanzones, but across all fan facing areas of the events, supporting promoters in countries across the world to deliver events for fans that meet the F1 standard.
In 2019 massive supported promoters in 22 countries in the lead up to, and during the delivery of their events. This included improving health & safety, crowd flow and developing processes and procedures for fan events such as driver autograph sessions. In 2020 in light of COVID-19, massive continue to work with F1 and it’s promoters to deliver safe, enjoyable events, alongside supporting in the implementation of mitigation measures against the virus.
