Salary: £22k-34k Based on Experience

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone to join our award-winning team helping our clients to identify new opportunities, launch new campaigns and get more out of mass participation events. You’ll be keen to learn and develop new skills but are likely to already have an understanding of mass participation events, fundraising, marketing or innovation. You’ll support the work we do on our biggest and most complex projects as well as leading on your own projects. You’ll help run creative workshops and sprints, conduct research, evaluate ideas and be part of our team bringing new events and ideas to market.

Since we formed in 2013, we have grown turnover each year. We’re proud to say that we kept that trend up through COVID, held on to our team and are now investing in and growing the team from 16 to 21 to underpin the next stage of growth for the agency. We deliver events and consultancy projects both in the UK and internationally and our current and past clients include Macmillan Cancer Support, Formula 1, Patagonia, Cancer Council NSW, Nike, NSPCC, WWF, London Marathon, BBC, Aldi, KPMG, Mind and parkrun.

Key responsibilities

• To be a key part of Strategy, Innovation & Marketing team helping our clients solve problems, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve more with events and campaigns

• Be an active part of creative, idea generation and strategy workshops sharing your thinking and building on other ideas

Insight / research

• Support with recruiting participants, writing surveys, analysing data and drawing conclusions from client and participant responses

• Support with and deliver market research, testing and evaluation of creative, new ideas and assumptions etc. as part of our projects


• Facilitate internal idea generation sessions

• Support the team to design, plan and deliver effective innovation and strategy sprints and workshops

• Produce presentations to present and share finings with clients and other teams

• Stay up to date with trends, innovations and ideas that can improve our offer to clients

Project management

• Produce budgets, timelines and resource plans for our innovation, research, and strategy projects

New business

• Work with others to interpret briefs from clients and create responses and pitch decks

• Be part of pitch teams to present our thinking, demonstrate why people should work with us and winning new business

You’ve got

• A passion for making things happen

• Experience of working in fundraising, innovation, strategy, marketing or events related areas

• A creative and innovative way of thinking, you are happy to challenge yourself and others to find new ideas and ways of working

• The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise, stay calm, organised and on top of deadlines

• Great communication skills, you’re able to present facts, opinions, and proposals persuasively to colleagues and clients

• Awesome PowerPoint skills

• A desire to learn new skills and develop and grow in the team
